Upload your clean floor plan, drag and drop scope callout bubbles (A–G) to the exact locations, then copy the coordinates to paste into your AI assistant for PDF generation.
How It Works

Set Up Project
Enter homeowner, address, and contractor details in the Project Setup screen.

Upload Floor Plan
Upload a clean (no handwriting) PDF or image of each floor plan sheet.

Edit Callout Labels
Click any callout description to rename it to match your scope of work.

Drag & Drop
Drag each lettered bubble from the left panel onto the correct location on the plan.

Add Sheets
Use the + button to add additional sheets (A-3, A-4, etc.) for multi-sheet projects.

Copy to AI
Click 'Copy Coordinates → AI' and paste into your AI assistant. We recommend Manus (manus.im) — use the prompt in Step 3.
Tips for Best Results
- Use a clean, un-annotated version of the floor plan — no handwriting or existing markups.
- Name each callout specifically (e.g. 'New tile shower with rain head' not just 'Scope item A').
- You can place callouts on multiple sheets — each sheet is exported separately.
- If you need to reposition a bubble, just drag it again — it will move to the new location.
- The copied JSON includes your project details, sheet labels, callout descriptions, and coordinates — everything your AI assistant needs.
